Birthday Weekend Part 2

HARRY POTTER BIRTHDAY PARTY!
My fiance's sister planned an amazing day. She set their rec room up like the Gryffindor Common Room, set with floating broomsticks, a flying snitch, potion, cauldrons and wizard food! It was AMAZING. We spent the day eating snacks and watched The Chamber of Secrets, The Prisoner of Azkaban and half of The Goblet of Fire. It was the best!







There's me on that ice cream cake wearing Hogwarts school robes and holding a broomstick! That was taken at Universal Studios in January :)

YAY! It was an amazing birthday weekend. Now-off to do more wedding planning!

Birthday Weekend Part 1

Hello! SO. It was my birthday on Saturday, and my lovely fiance planned a wonderful evening for us :) BUT FIRST. My mom made me a birthday lunch, which consisted of mint water (YUM), shrimp and scallops with roasted vegetables, and PEANUT BUTTER PIE! Yes you heard right. It's delicious.




On Saturday we went out for breakfast and I had eggs benedict! In the evening, fiance took me to a Ciao Down for supper and it was their pizza night! We also dressed up all fancy :) He even bought a skinny tie JUST for this occasion! (I love me a skinny tie!)



We started with bruschetta


Then there was a pesto pizza with mozzarella, roasted red pepper, and cappicolo ham!


And a meatball mozzarella pizza! Delicious :)


And finally-biscotti gelati. WOW it was good.


Then we went 5 pin bowling! I was AWFUL! But it was fun


Then we went back to his place and watched 'Singin' in the Rain' which is my favorite old movie! AND he made us pulled pork nachos. It was a fabulous day!

A New Kinda Thang

Hey everyone! Just quickly stopping by to show you a new scarf I've added to my shop! A lace circle scarf :) I'll be adding this as a staple in the shop, I've got a bunch of other colors coming too! What I'm Working On

In my absence, I've been gearing up for the big craft sale I've been doing for the past 3 years-a local Art and Craft Sale that happens every November. It's the biggest 'fair' I do all year. I'm excited!

This year I made a sign so that you can't miss me :)


I made something new! I'll show you after this weekend, I LOVE making this and picking the fabrics!
