Saturday started out with a Peach Iced Tea from Jonny's Java
On our way to the City!
We went to the Red River Ex for the afternoon (pictures coming soon!) and had supper with some friends at Pizzeria Gusto which was fan-tastic!
This was followed by Gelato---YUM!
Then for Father's day we took my Dad go karting, my sister made some AMAZING food for supper (empanadas, deep friend plantain chips with pineapple salsa (!!!), mexican cabbage rolls, and peach pie for dessert. My stomach was literally singing. And then went into a coma. It was quite fabulous. How did you celebrate your Father yesterday?
As soon as I read Red River Ex, I thought: Hey, I've found a fellow Winnipegger. Then I googled Pizzaria Gusto...mainly because I'm hungry and wanted to see where it was located! Nice to meet you!
