Did you know we're in the middle of September already?? How did that happen??  I pulled out sweaters this week...oy.

So, you may have been thinking to yourself, where did that Heidi girl go?  Well, to answer your question, I didn't really go anywhere, but I have been insanely busy with a LOT of things.  Where do I begin...

1. I went back to school!  I started an evening class at a community college in the city where I am officially in the Apparel Design Program!!!  Here's me on my first day:

I'm learning how to create patterns and all kinds of cool stuff which means-I will slowly work my way to creating better quality garments!!! I'm loving it!

2. I'm showing some pieces in a charity fashion show in mid-October and there are a lot of deadlines to hit at this point including model fittings, outfit descriptions to send in, etc.  Crazy bananas.

3. I've been reading this book for a book club I'm in, I really enjoyed it, if you liked Hunger Games, you will probably like this one ;)

4. I've been spending time with the husband, 'cause, well, y'know I sorta like him.
