For Your Health: Smoothies

I have been drinking smoothies by the barrel lately, they're so good for you (depending what you put in them) and they're a great light and refreshing snack!  Here's two of my recent favorites:

Mango Coconut Smoothie
-1 inch of soy milk (or regular milk if you prefer)
-1-2 handfuls of spinach
-1/2 cup frozen (or fresh) mango
-2 Tbsp. Greek yogurt
-1 heaped Tsp. shredded coconut
-1 Tsp. chia seeds

Very Berry Smoothie:
-1 inch water in your blender
-1-2 handfuls of spinach
-1/2 cup frozen berry blend
-1 Tsp. honey
-1 Tsp. flax seeds

Yum yum yum!!  Being healthy CAN taste soooooo good ;)
